  Average Service Time (min) = Total Service Minutes ÷ Guests Served
  Service Rate (guests/hr) = Guests Served ÷ (Total Service Minutes ÷ 60)

Order cycle mode:
  Total Service Time = Order Taken + Preparation + Delivery + Payment
  Preparation % = Preparation ÷ Total × 100
  Delivery % = Delivery ÷ Total × 100
  Payment % = Payment ÷ Total × 100
  Service Efficiency = min(100, (45 ÷ Total) × 100)

Benchmark (service minutes):
  Excellent < 30, Good 30-45, Average 45-60, High 60-75, Critical > 75
